We just completed a total re-wire on a 3500 sq. ft. house. The home inspector assured the buyer that all wire in house was copper. On a routine service call we discovered the house was 98% aluminum wire with just minimum sheet rock damage we re-wired the entire house in copper wire. We also added recess lights and installed several light fixtures.
